We all want that common goal and that is a Gold Ball." -Coach Justin Merideth, Head Coach Train Like Champions & Head Football Coach Edmond Memorial Get Stronger Faster: Mach All-Sport Athletic Performance Enhancement Camps Mach I and Mach II are four-week developmental programs involving Active Warm-up, Linear and Lateral Speed Mechanics, Plyometrics, Ballistics and Strength Development concentrating on improving core strength through ground based, multi-joint, explosive training with free weights utilizing Olympic Style Weightlifting, gymnastic and callisthenic movements. One day a week will be devoted to linear speed mechanics, one day will focus upon lateral speed mechanics and one day focused on change of direction mechanics. Strength Development will be focused upon daily. Advanced Intensive Training is a six-week advanced program for the highly trained and conditioned athlete. Mach Athletic Performance Enhancement's mission is to improve total athleticism through a variety of cutting edge training methods. Our goal is to help participants develop their athleticism to their fullest. Both camps, Mach I & Mach II cover the same skills and drills—choose either one to maximize your athletic potential.
