Our summer prepatory program begins in June and runs through the begining of August. We start with training three days/week in the mornings. This training is drop-in style and players can attend as their availability dictates. Summer training ends in a one-week soccer boot camp before preseason. This camp is designed to be harder than preseason so that players are ready for the demands that await them. If you come into camp prepared, you will do great and adjust well to all fitness and soccer challenges. If you are unprepared, then it will be a very tough week for you. We recommending sticking to our summer training packet which will be sent to you at the beginning of the summer.
Training is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursay mornings 9-10am and the camp is July 27-31, 9am-11:30am at Ridgely Middle School.

By following these training strategies and maintaining a strong commitment to your goals, you will be well on your way to becoming a successful soccer player. So lace up your cleats, hit the field, and prepare to excel!
